Bestcare Build Construction uses the information you share to help with your building project. This notice explains what happens when you use this website.
Planning your project
The deck calculator and guided project questions run in your browser. Your choices stay in this page’s temporary state and are cleared when you reload. We do not scrape profiles or use advertising trackers to identify your interests.
Making an enquiry
You choose whether to share your name, phone, email, suburb and project details. We use these to respond to your enquiry and discuss a consultation, not to add you to a marketing list. You can call or email us instead of using the form.
Submitted enquiries are processed through GoHighLevel, provided through OmnAxis AI, so Bestcare can keep your project brief and contact you. The form records your consent and when it was given. If the form instead offers “Prepare my email enquiry”, it opens your email app: nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting and enquiry providers may process information outside New Zealand. Technical information such as your IP address and request details may be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse and investigate errors.
Optional AI questions
Live AI chat is available only when connected and is labelled accordingly. You must agree before a question is sent to OpenAI for an answer. Please do not include contact details or sensitive information in AI questions. Responses are requested with storage disabled; provider security and abuse-monitoring practices may still apply. AI guidance is general and does not confirm prices, engineering, building consent or appointments.
Contact, access and correction
To ask what enquiry information Bestcare holds, request access, correction or deletion, ask about retention, or withdraw permission for further project contact, email builder@bestcarebuild.com or call 09 833 3258. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some project records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
